The contact owns a 2008 Mazda Cx-9. while driving at 10 mph, the front suspension lower ball joint separated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The technician diagnosed that the ball joints needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 160,000.
