The contact owns a 2008 Mazda 5. the contact stated that while driving approximately 65 mph when a tire suddenly became flat. The vehicle was inspected by a dealer who advised him that the valve stem was fractured and caused the flat tire. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was approximately 48,000.
