I have three or four 16GB SanDisk USB sticks loaded with all of my music, but the USB port/radio will only recognize one drive. If I plug in any other drive it searches for 5-7 minutes before it finally comes back with a USB Error. I read the owner's manual and looked online and formatted the drives properly and everything. I think it retains the initial drives' playlist and can't load anymore due to space limitations, not sure. All I know is that it is extremely annoying seeing how the Infotainment System and USB port was a selling point of the car for me.
