Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Rear liftgate door gas strut mounting stud snapped off, there is a recall in Canada for this issue for model years 2000-2004. When I contacted Mazda about this issue, they would not honor the Canadian recall even though the issue is exactly as described and is from 2005 www.mpvclub.com/recalls.php?id=19&print=1

Water gets in the door panel every time it rains or we wash the car. Three different Mazda dealers tried to fix the problem five times, unsuccessfully. I am afraid to drive my children in the car. The door is electric and it could cause a serious problem. Also mold could develop in there. I have contacted the Mazda corporation. They inspected the car. The problem has been identified by Mazda. They promised to resolve the problem, but are not doing anything about it. They ignore my phone calls and letters. What should I do? thanks.
