When consumer puts key into door lock it snaps in half and breaks in the lock. Dealer contacted and is aware of problem. Problem still exists.

Rear seat lap/shoulder belt would not retract properly, also css in vehicle cannot close the door due to the fact that lap/shoulder belt getting caught in the door, the door will not close properly.
