don't know how to fix the problem, whether it is electrical or mechanical. a tank of gas doesn't get the distance it used to. A mechanic in the family is unable to diagnose this problem. possible need to replace the distributor. Mechanic is used to working on old cars that don't rely on electrical solenoids.
