I'm having problem with my Mazda. About four months ago, my car stopped in the middle of the street. I was shocked that time just what the …… and I started the engine again and fortunately go again. What bothered me is it happened again not just once but many times ..

So I decided to bring my car to Autoservice in Alabang Philippines .. We do the first step make a schedule and then the person assisting me that time advised me that my unit will be diagnosed to know what’s the problem with my car. So I pay for the diagnosed fee. They said that it was the crankshaft sensor so replace the crankshaft. I expect that everything all okay and nothing be to worried about

Then again after a week I used the car and I experienced the same problem again..What I did that time is bring the car again in Mazda Autoservice in Alabang, where I made the repair before and ask why it happened again. That day made an appointment to do the diagnosed for another pay AGAIN and then it said that the crankshaft now why it happened. So okay changed that and I payed for it and the guy assist me offered me if I want to make my car better and maybe that is also the reason why my car stops. He offered clean engine which is cost me more, so we did the crankshaft changed and clean the engine.

After the service that time I assured them and asked if I will never encounter the car stopping, they didn’t sure but they said that the last item we changed will having a warranty if that happen again so they can changed the crankshaft if that is the really reason why the car stopping..But what happened next is not just a week I had trouble with my car but just it last 2 days. So that time I was really mad and rush my car coming back at the Alabang Mazda service center again.. and again make a schedule for the car WIRE checking now .

They asked me if I can left the car there for 4 days for the line checking..Even I was really mad because what happened I gave my car for 4 days. When I came back I get an answer that I must need to change my Emission Harness now .. The thing is why I did it cost me so much at first before I get what really the problem is??!!

If that the Emission Harness is the really problem! Are they playing with me or getting something for they own goods?! They said that they will let me know if how much it will cost for the emission Harness but until now I never get a feedback about that. Its almost 2 weeks waiting just for the cost and if available the item I need to wait 1 month for the released of the item..What kind of service they have?!!.
