The contact owns a 2004 Nissan 350Z. While driving 60 mph, the brakes failed when they were applied. The contact lost control of the vehicle and a near crash was avoided. The vehicle sustained minor damages. The brake line was covered with rust. The vehicle was repaired and the brake line was replaced. The contact has the old brake line if needed. The current mileage is 40,000 and failure mileage was 36,100.

My 2004 roadster has been making brake noise after the first 1000 miles, the tip tronic shifter does not down shift all the time and the dealer insists this is normal and refuses to even investigate the problems. I also heard about a class action suit against Nissan for faulty suspension and brakes, is this true?
