Whether its hot or cold the engine idles rough, stumbles and misses on acceleration. The only way to get the rpm's up is to baby the throttle until it reaches 3,500 to 4,000 rpm. my car started acting like it was missing changed spark plugs and wires still no better changed fuel filter still no change my son told me it might be the idle control sensor? so payday will get that but its so bad that i have to shift it to neutral at stop signs or lights to keep it running ... My car has problems accelerating. It seems like it's not running on all cylinders half the time. Sometimes it will kick it and accelerate just fine. Is this a problem with the spark plugs? I'm going to get a new car soon but I need this to get me to work and back for at least a week. Read more »
