Cooper cts tires 70,000 miles took my vehicle Nissan armarda for tire rotation and brake inspection my alignment was off and tires had significant wear 3 places examined tires and all agreed their was significant wear and need replacement. My auto shop called coopers they said they'll replace 70% toward cost of new ones but remember these tires are only 9mos old I wanted them replaced at no charged. And wanted them to honor their tires. My tires are causing me to hydo plane in water, the steering is not stable ( heavy vibration on steering column with speeds over 60 mph) dispute having a new alignment their is coupling in tires and a blister on my rear tire left driver side. Concerned about safety but was told tires are ok tires are at 832nds inside and 632nd outside these tires wont last me another six month at this rate and fell if I keep driving on them I'll have failure eventually and could have consequences.I only put 12,000 mi on them in 9mos. I spoke with coopers representative who was insensitive and was not responsive to my questioning about tires and safety. And said that's all we can do.the representative said he would have to see them to even consider replacement I said lets do that but he said I didn't have to because we agreed with the auto shop for 70%I said if their is a defective material in tire wouldn't you want to see them" he then gave me a run around and would not response to my questioning. So, I said why would I want to purchase another set of coopers when I'm treated without regards to my safety and families safety?as well as the quality of your product I said replace the tires would be the right thing to do they are 70,000 mi tires with over 50% wear and rising after 9mos. I only used 20% of the tire I said shouldn't I receive 80% back" he also noted that if a customer is disatisfied with our product that they could at anytime ask for replacement. I said that's what I'm asking for!!! he then said nothings wrong with tires just 70%.
