When sitting in the car your head is pushed forward by the tilted headrest and places your chin on your chest. It gives us a real pain in the neck, honestly! I removed the headrests and plugged them in backwards and the ride is bearable. Dealer says they will fix it for a charge! The front passenger seat does not have a left side arm rest, but I was told to "share the drivers one". If this is the best they can do.... I wish I had never purchased the "Cube". I hope the dealers see this, because I will not give them a positive report till I get a positive result, not just passing the buck or joking about it!
