The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Juke. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, the vehicle decelerated to 58 MPH unintendedly. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact was able to continue driving. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where the PCV valve was replaced; however, the failure persisted. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle failed to start. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the engine was blown and needed to be replaced. The dealer informed the contact that the vehicle could not be repaired under an unknown Extended Warranty. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 65,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Juke. The contact stated that while driving, the brake pedal was depressed and the brake pedal was stiff. The vehicle was vibrating. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where the mechanic was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and was diagnosed and it was determined that the transmission needed to be repaired. Additionally, coolant was leaking from the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The contact detected smoke coming from the steering wheel. While driving the vehicle stalled. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The horn and radio became inoperable. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer where it was diagnosed that the starter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
