Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

2 complaints - side window latches do not stay latched if opened even once. Had them replaced, then they were reopened and now will no longer stay latched properly, they continually pop open. 2nd complaint - have had this vehicle for 3 years and the boots for the front end keep tearing. We are replacing one of them for the 2nd time along with cv joint.

Passenger side power window when brought down would come off it's track and stay stuck midway up making it impossible to close window, this happended twice once under warranty. Dealer solution 1st time was to place window back in track. The 2nd time I was charged to place window back in track and I was made aware that the window track/gasket had become damged and would need replacement. After I questioned them why the track wasn't replaced when it first happend and while it was under warranty they give me a discount on replacement window track/ gasket. Incident dates below are approximate, exact dates will be made available if requested.
