While driving, the key will physically come out of the ignition switch and fall to the floor. The first time this happened I was fairly alarmed, however the vehicle continued to work as desired. Last time I checked, cars were not supposed to let the key out while 'Drive' is engaged or while traveling down the interstate; This seems to happen at least once a week and to report it each time would be like trying to convince an emperor penguin that it belongs in the Sahara.
