Brought vehicle new @ Boyland Nissan - Macomb. Asked for wheel alignment because the vehicles' handling was poor and was told I had to drive 750 miles first. Took it back to dealer once I had 750 miles and they said rear axle was bent in shipping and had to be replaced. They replaced the axle no problem but never aligned the rear tires.

After years of poor handling, I took it in to a repair shop and they told me that there were no shims and the rear wheels were toe-in badly. I had the shop fix and the car handles right now. I wanted to tell Nissan about how their dealer did a bad job and now has me distrust Nissan. Nissan called and told me to take to dealer. Had to take time off work to get to the closest dealer several miles away. They checked the vehicle to see that everything was original and never had any damage. Nissan then said that they meant me to take the vehicle to the dealer and they might have paid to have dealer to fix it.

Do you think I would trust a dealer again to fix it when it wasn't done right the first time and I spent the time having a shop check it and fix it right? Another thing I never complained about this dealer was when I took it in for a brake master cylinder recall, days later found brake fluid damage to the paint on the front bumper of the vehicle.
