- the contact stated that when applying brake forcefully the brake pedal goes down further than expected. Which in turn, causes the contact to also press on the accelerator pedal while trying to just apply the brake pedal. The contact took the vehicle to Nissan Titan who determined that there wasn't anything wrong with the vehicle. The failure mileage was 5000, and the current mileage was 29,000. The consumer stated the brake pedal was too close to the accelerator pedal. Updated 04/05/07.
