The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that the vehicle bounced while driving 70 mph with the brakes engaged. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the rotors were warped. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that they would replace the rotors if they were beyond repair. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 30,600.

2007 Nissan Titan needed all 4 rotors and brakes replaced at 20K miles. Not covered under warranty due to age. On occasion, would feel slight wobble during braking from highway speeds, but nothing too bad. Then one day last week the front right brake started producing a horrible metal on metal sound, even when not braking. In my opinion there is absolutely no way that a truck with 20K light use miles should need to have all four rotors replaced.

Hi, I'm writing to you because since day one in 2007 when I bought my 2007 Nissan Titan I have nothing but problems with it, first my front end of my truck kept on shaking every time the brakes where applied and I had told pine belt Nissan the place I got the truck, that I been having these problems but yet these people still don't wanna bother with me at all, this truck is way to safe to even bother driving it anymore and I refused to pay all this money for a truck that I have got with less then 7,000 miles on it. I had bought all the extended warranties for this truck and it didn't do me any good because every time I have a problem or question about something they are always looking to charge me for something I feel should be covered by my warranty. Next problem was my headlights kept blowing out and yet they still couldn't do anything for me besides make me pay for new light bulbs over 3 times, I also had to buy wire hardness for my headlights because they said the lights got to hot and melted the wires" I don't even understand how any of this is my fault. Next problem is I have told them that my front wheels seem to be shaking when ever im making a turn, next I noticed that my tires are starting to ware on evenly and these tires are pretty much new ??? now I get two recalls in the mail, one for my fuel gauge and the other for the lower control links ?" what's next ed. This truck is really a nightmare, I bought this truck because I thought it was newer and safe to go anywhere, wrong I don't even wanna drive this thing around the block not alone being forced to use this truck to get to and from work because this is my only car and I am not made out of money that's the reason why I bought a newer truck just so I didn't have any problems like these. I guess I was wrong. Thanks a lot for your time and any help you could give me, I just don't know where or who else to go to. I just want my truck in 100% working condition like I was promised.

Noted vibration and shuddering when braking above 50 mph. Known as "brake judder" to Titan owners. Occurred anytime when braking above 50 mph. Nissan dealership verified problem on 11/17/2009 and resurfaced front brake rotors.

The Nissan Titan 2007 has a front end brake problem. They wear out to the point that when you press the brake the front brakes chatter and it feel like you are going over rumble strips. They have been replaced by Nissan three times in 32000 miles. They tried to charge us all three times but after threatening to call a tv station they relented and replaced them. A mechanic who felt sorry for us said this was a massive problem and Nissan has not issued any orders to dealers. He indicated that the entire brake set up are to small for the very large Titan truck. A look on the internet under complaints will bear out the size of the problem. Help help help!

Rear axle seals leaking on 2007 Nissan Titan pickup. Rear axle grease was leaking onto wheel and rear brake disk... potentially causing a failure of the brakes to stop adequately, had I not found the leak as quickly as I did. I understand that this is a frequent failure on the Nissan Titan. Here is one link to a forum that is tracking axle seal failures among its members: www.titantalk.com/forums/Titan-engine-transmission-drivetrain/42837-rear-axle-seals-leaks-please-report.html.

Rear axle seals leaking on 2007 Nissan Titan 4WD pickup with 23,500 miles. Rear axle grease was leaking onto wheel and rear brake disk... potentially causing a failure of the brakes to stop adequately, had I not found the leak as quickly as I did. I understand that this is a frequent failure on the Nissan Titan. Nissan replaced the seals under warranty with identical seals. I did not keep the old parts. Here is one link to a forum that is tracking axle seal failures among its members: www.titantalk.com/forums/Titan-engine-transmission-drivetrain/42837-rear-axle-seals-leaks-please-report.html there appears to be 350 Nissan Titan rear axle seal failures reported on this one website alone since August of 2008.
