Brakes seem to disengage when I hit a bump or hole. I reported it to the dealer and they said there was nothing they could do. I told them to ensure there was a record of my complaint in their system.

When applying brakes over gravel, train tracks, bumps, potholes, puddles, ice... anything other than a flat road... the car lurches forward (seems to momentarily accelerate) & brakes slip completely for a second before grabbing again. The ASR light comes on when this happens. VERY scary when braking hard... the car can skip forward dramatically before the brakes kick in. I've slipped into many an intersection when trying to brake on a wet day because of this.
