I brought the car in for the recall they had on the seat belts and a week later, my airbag goes off while I am driving. The cops even came to check my car and found no damage to the outside so I figured it was a defect since I did not hit anything but Toyota says it takes 30 to 60 days to send someone out to inspect it and then they will let me know if it is a defect and under warranty. I can not drive it without a seat belt or airbag so I have to go through my insurance company and pay the deductible. They say if they find in my favor they will reimburse me. How long will that take? A couple years? Toyota sucks when it comes to customer service. I will never buy another Toyota because of the service.
