2/5/16- The key got stuck in the Accessory Position could not turn key any further and would not come out. Lost all power to windows and moon roof and the passenger side front and rear directional won't work. Took it to Atlantic Chevy in Bay Shore. That Monday I got a call from my service adviser saying car was fixed. Since I have an extended warranty, the trip only cost me $162.00. I get ready to pull out, I try to roll down my window, it doesn't work. I pull around to the service department, try to turn key off, it's stuck in the accessory position and the passenger side directional not working. I go back in and ask my SA what's up and he looks at me like, " what do you mean". I ask him if mechanics check their work and he said, yes, and I told him nothing is fixed.

So to make a long story short, I leave the vehicle again, and I call him late Tuesday and he tells me they have the dash all apart and can't figure out what the problem is, that there is a short somewhere. He hints that's the company that runs the Extended Warranty will not pay for the repair, that I will have to pay for it. I told him I'm not paying for it, that's why I paid the extra $2500.00 for the policy. He said to lets see what he could do. I've had it for a little over 1-1/2 years and primarily use only on Sundays and long trips and put about 10,000 miles on it.

As of today, 2/11/16 they have had it for two whole days now and I have not received a call yet. I should have bought Ford, I have a feeling this is gonna be a nightmare plus all the other service issues I am now reading about online. It appears I made the wrong purchase. I will make it my part-time job and picket this Dealer if they try any crap. So, does anyone have any ideas they could help me out with?
