The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500. When the contact attempted to open the passenger and driver side windows, they remained closed. In addition, while driving at any speed, and making a left or right turn, the contact felt a pop in the steering wheel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the tie rod needed to be replaced; however, the window failure was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 38,000 and the current mileage was 38,500.
