There is a class action suit filed Jan 2021 against Chrysler for this UConnect problem is 2018 & 2019 Jeep. This happened in a 2014 Chrysler Fiat. The screen goes black and there is no longer any radio, GPS, back up camera, bluetooth, USB connection/phone charge. The dealer states they cannot diagnose the problem until a new screen and radio is put in -- estimated cost of $2-3,000.
