The Element has had the complete rear brakes go @ 14K, 21K, 35K, and now at 50K Honda says there is no problem based on the expert opinion of the Northeast regional "Technical expert". By the way he was requested to come evaluate pictures the dealer took, and said he didn't need to see them becuase there isn't a problem.
