The contact owns a 2004 Hummer H2 equipped with aftermarket nitto mud grappler extreme tires, size: 37/13.5/20 (na). The tires were purchased on November 28, 2018. The contact stated that the two front tires were worn more than halfway ever since they were purchased. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the tires were not designed for city driving. The tires were not replaced. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 205,000 and the tire failure mileage was 2,000.
