The contact owns a 2007 Isuzu Ascender. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds over bumps and railroad tracks, a chime sounded as all the warning lights illuminated. The contact also stated that the drivers side latch failed and was unable to open the door electronically. The failure occurred on several occasions. The vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 14V404000 (visibility) but the failure recurred. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired for the initial failure. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 123,125.
