On Nov 27 2012, I did call Isuzu Dealership at 18002556727 to complain that the window is not working, rolling up or down, I also did mention that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration did make a recall on that particular make and model (ISUZU ASCENDER 2007 ) on August 16, 2012 . The NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number on the issue is 12V406000 and the NHTSA Action Number is EA12004 but the dealership did tell me that I can choose to fix it at any ISUZU DEALERSHIP and I should be ready to pay for the charges if the dealer fixes it, My question is that why should I pay for the repair if the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) has indicated that there is a recall on the particular car a copy of the letter on the recall is hereby attached below. I would like anyone who wants to comment on the issue to comment after reading a copy of the memo talking about the recall
