Headlight switch on 2000 Isuzu Rodeo has a tab on the light stalk that goes toward the front to turn on headlights. When dimming the lights pulling back on the lever can often shut off headlights. Happened three times in the last year. Accident caused by lights going off. Vehicle totaled on a tree and injuries to occupants as a result.
