Prestige Imports /Miami Lamborghini since day one have misrepresented this car used dishonest sales practices and not fulfilled the contracted sales agreement. Prestige Imports /Miami Lamborghini has not repaired the car and has only stated the car is completely normal. The car spent more time in service than on the road. We were told by the sales person Marcos this is the same as an Audi R8 not true Palm Beach said that did not start until 2009 We were lied to about the warranty cost Based on the lie of the warranty cost we never were given the discount we were to receive due to the damage caused on the front end of the car before delivery. The Rear diffuser was never replaced with new one as we were told would be done by the sales manager Scott. After finding out the diffuser was not replaced and spoke to the sales director in December 2012. He explained the diffuser was removed from another car and painted over and what do you want me to do about it! We were told the seats only needed a cleaning like the rest of the car was like brand new. We have been told by Palm Beach Lamborghini that the seats were re dyed and repaired and not like new. At this time Miami Lamborghini has not delivered the car with all issues on the PPI repaired as agreed to under contract and according to Palm Beach Lamborghini it is not a CPO quality car. The value of the car has been compromised due to the failings of the Miami service department Here is a list of issues that are open and the dealers has not repaired or made good on

Issue The seats stain in minutes and do not clean easily. Marcos told us at the time of sale, the seats were as new and only required a light cleaning that would take minutes. The cleaning issue was brought up several times while in service. We were informed by Palm Beach that the seats were re-dyed, repaired and not as new. Issue Terrible shifting, clutch chattering, weird downshifts. eGear system We know the pressure level from the pump is fluctuating and dropping as low as 13bar when shifting. Issue Several tries to get car in 1st gear intermittently We have been told an intermittent brake switch will cause this exact issue Issue Transmissions whine loudest in 1st gear. Issue Overly High Oil Pressure or zero Oil Pressure Issue Power supply drain

Issue Car Fax was supposed to be fixed

Issue Rear Grill Tabs was not repaired correctly. We have been informed by Palm Beach this requires the entire bumper Issue Rear diffuser was not replaced as it was supposed to. Under Scott’s direction the rear diffuser was incorrectly painted yellow and was supposed to be replaced with a black diffuser The rear diffuser was not replaced and only painted over with black paint Issue Rough idle and engine miss intermittent
