Lexus claimed the recall on the dash board crack in 2015. None of the customers have been received the service because the parts maker was run out of the business since the recall was announced. Lexus doesn't provide any estimation schedule or remedy either. I believe it violates the government order to provide the recall the problem car asap and repair it. All customers who drive the problem car is facing very high potential risk such as the malfunction of airbag, the unusual debris at the accident, can't sell the car, etc.

Lexus has to provide the clear service schedule to the current owner.
