The actuator door component had to be replaced. I ended up doing the job myself because the dealership wanted over $1500 to replace a $60 part. I got online and read some Maserati Ghibli forums and found out how to replace it myself. It took me a couple of hours to do but I got it done. Besides that glitch with my car, I have been very satisfied with my Ghibli. I only drive it on the weekends. I bought it with 54k miles and I still have less than 60k miles on it.
