A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

I am submitting this complaint regarding an ongoing safety and reliability issue with my leased 2024 Maserati GranTurismo Modena, delivered on December 31, 2025.

I have been a loyal Maserati customer for over 8 years, and this is my third Maserati vehicle. Despite this long-standing relationship, my experience with Maserati North America in this case has been unacceptable.

Since taking delivery, the vehicle has experienced the following:

Four (4) tire blowouts in less than four (4) months, all occurring during normal highway driving conditions, without collision, impact, or rim damage A recurring check engine light, requiring multiple service visits A thermostat-related failure (since repaired) A separate electrical issue previously attributed to a fuse Repeated towing events and significant loss of use

In total, the vehicle has been out of service for approximately 28 days within the first four months of ownership.

I have provided Maserati North America with dashcam evidence demonstrating that the tire failures occurred under normal road conditions consistent with everyday driving in the Northeast United States. Despite this, Maserati has consistently attributed each incident to “road hazards” and has refused to acknowledge any underlying defect or design concern.

Critically, no solution has been provided to prevent recurrence. Each failed tire has simply been replaced with the exact same specification, despite repeated failures. This leaves me with a vehicle that presents an ongoing and unresolved safety risk.

Importantly, I did not initially seek to exit the vehicle. I made multiple good-faith efforts to work with Maserati North America to identify potential technical solutions, including:

Alternative tire specifications Different configurations more suitable for regional road conditions Any preventative measures to improve safety and reliability

These requests were not meaningfully addressed. Instead, I was advised that no alternatives were available and, during a phone interaction with a Maserati customer care representative (Anthony), I was dismissively told to seek solutions on my own.

Maserati North America has also refused my request for a lease buyback or vehicle repurchase, despite:

Repeated safety-related failures Lack of a permanent or preventative solution Extended loss of use Ongoing reliability concerns

While a loaner vehicle was eventually provided during the most recent repair, this does not address the fundamental issue: the vehicle remains unsafe and unreliable for normal use.

A vehicle in this class and price range should be capable of operating safely under standard road conditions. Advising a customer to avoid ordinary road imperfections is not a reasonable or acceptable standard.
