spent 300 dollars on "switching valves" that control egr/ boost sensor circuit vacuum, didn't fix problem. Replaced egr boost sensor. Didn't fix problem. Replaced wiring harness. Didn't fix problem. Replaced EGR valve. Didn't fix problem. Had egr passage cleaned and top end of motor disassembled. Didn't fix problem. Over 2,500 in work and cannot solve problem.

Issue (besides check engine light always on and unable to pass obd2 emissions test) is that idle is rough and car sometime dies when you first start it up.

Tried using mazda626.net or .com and looking in their common problems, cannot get this thing to work right no matter what.
