While stopping consumer could not move the pawl from park to drive or to any other possition. When starting the vehicle the driver is unable to shift from park to any other gear for the past 6 months. The dealer states the problem is caused by bad solenoid.

Electronic transmission causes vehicle to shift gears on its own, this causes vehicle to shift into overdrive on its own, and sometimes gears won't shift at all, causing vehicle not to move into drive. Dealer has been contacted.

When putting the parking pawl in parking and applying the parking brake, then she came out of vehicle. Consumer had heard a noise, and vehicle started rolling backwards down the hill, and striking three vehicle behind. According to consumer, she did not know what caused the vehicle to roll backwards. Dealer and manufacturer were contacted.
