Air bags deployed causing major burns to driver's face and skin as well as breasts, burning through 3 pieces of clothing. Windsheild broke because of the accident.

Driver's side window did not go all the way up. Dealer said it was a loose clip. It has been repaired and the same problem has reoccurred on the same window.
