One of the rear shoulder harnesses is no longer attached under the seat. I had been using it to secure my 5yr olds booster seat. When I turned a corner onto a busy street his carseat slid across the seat and he hit his face on the rear of the front seat. I contacted the dealer as soon as I got home and was told that this wasn't considered a safety concern because it wasn't the driver's seatbelt! spoke with service person named ken.
