Leased my car in November 2024 and it was a managers special bc it was a loaner car with 3700 miles on it. I took that car bc I loved it and it was top of the line. They didn’t have any others like it so I wanted that one. At my first appointment for an oil change I told them my brakes were squeaking and asked them to check them bc the car was fairly new and it shouldn’t be happening this soon. They told me nothing was wrong and the brakes were fine. I went again for another appointment to handle something else and asked them once again to check my brakes bc they were still squeaking. They told me they were fine and it’s normal.

One of the employees told me she just bought a mazda and her brakes squeak as well. It’s so frustrating and embarrassing that each time I stop my brakes are squeaking loudly. Nice looking car with horrible brake issue. Something needs to be done about this issue. I pay a lot for this car each month and this should not be happening.
