I was driving the vehicle, made a U turn and suddenly all lights on the dashboard went off and the vehicle started to turn on and off with no key in the ignition and caught fire. I had parked the vehicle on the side road on a city street.

Seatbelt in my 2006 Mazda 5 literally fell apart as we were buckling it. We had this vehicle in to Mazda to repair similar problem exactly a year ago. Mazda is aware of this problem because we discussed it at length.
