The contact owns a 2013 Mazda 5. while parked with the emergency brake engaged, the vehicle rolled away. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a fence. The failure occurred twice. The dealer was unable to duplicate the failure. The manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 50,000...updated 11/18/14
