The car was a total loss because a tube around the sunroof area got clogged, causing water to get into the passenger side back and front seat. This caused damage to electrical modules and wiring beneath the floorboard. Fixing the damage would have cost twice what the car was worth. I took the car in for maintenance regularly and this still happened anyway.
