The extended warranty that was extended by Mercedes Benz only covers new parts and dealer installation, but none of the dealers has had the part for over the last 12 months so many owners like me had to install a used part and find qualified mechanic to do the repairs or wait for the parts. They dealer and Mercedes Benz USA have no intention of reimbursing me or others, I have spent hours calling both and they play the blame game and have me going back and forth which who should reimburse me.
