Car stopped while driving. Engine was still running. The car to the back of me almost rammed my car from behind. I called the service shop. They said turn the engine off and on again. I did that. The car started. Drove for a short distance and then stop again. I repeated, turned off and on of the engine. I tried to go up the hill to a parking lot. The car would not go. I tow it to ford. Ford did an "all point check" All checked off fine. They said the torque needs changing, causing the transmission to break down. Cost $4700. After that they would still need to do a diagnostic since the computer may not be working. Some computer that is not reading correctly.

I check online and saw the NHSA investigation of Oct 14, 2014, steering, torque. I showed it to Ford. They said they do not want to see it nor do they want a copy.

I am in a delimma. Need my car. What can I do.
