Leaving Wal-Mart and it just "fell" out of gear and would not accelerate forward. After getting off the road somewhat, it would not move when you pressed the gas. Gears just slipped up and down with no response. Had to get towed home. Several men, my husband,
and the police officer, all seemed sure it was the transmission. Calling transmission shops and explaining the symptoms, they all said "Yep, that will be about $2000 to $2500. " (!!!) I said to the tow truck driver, "Take it to the house." In which he responded, "Good choice."
