Engine seized during severe cold morning start (Negative 20 degrees below temp), Car started just fine then died aprox 5 mins later during warm up. Engine seized I am suspecting oil pump failure. Now the pain in the ass problem. This particular engine 2.5 liter 4-Tech was supplied by Pontiac. Since Pontiac is a vision of the past I can not locate a replacement oil pump. So now trying to find out from General Motors what options I have. Car has under 92,000 original miles, Interior / Exterior excellent shape.
