Defective driver's side seat belt. The belt was not retractable. Broke when I hit a bump on a mountain road. I did not run into anything, and my air bag did not deploy. I consider this to be a safety factor. The drivers seat belt had frozen. The dealer stated that they could order another seat belt because they were not available and would not be able to be repaired.

A/C is out again and the compressor was replaced 6 months ago by St. Pete Jeep and Plymouth in St. Petersburg fla. At that time I also mentioned again that the seat belts did not retract or tighten as they should and I was told that the Corp. Doesn't take care of that. About a year or so ago I went to St. Pete Jeep and Plymouth because something was running from the seal around my rear window, they scrubbed it off the van and told me to deal with it when a day later it was there again, it is always there!
