Oil leakage from head gasket which could result in fire in engine compartment. Head gasket replaced at owners expense on 24 Nov. 99. head gasket continues to leak. Service advisor notified on 4 Mar.00. Owner does not feel obligated to pay for 2nd repair and feels engine head gasket should not have needed to be replaced at all. Vehicle is almost 4 years old with less than 60000 miles. Life and limb are put at risk for vehicle operator and passengers and potentially other persons D/T risk for engine compartment fire from head gasket oil leak. There is no excuse for head gasket failure on this vehicle with this mileage and age.

Several mechanics have reported to us problems with the head gaskets. Even ron rittenhouse the owner of parnell said he is aware of head gasket problems and other local mechanic's. if this is a known problem why hasn't someone contacted us to our request through parnell. We had to pay $604 and have it redone twice before the van was driveable again. Please reply. Is this a possible recall? we question if this was caused in part by the fan motor that was recalled.

When driving there is a cracking noise and when hitting bumps there is more noise intermittently. Dealer contacted numerous times, attempted to repair the vehicle, replaced the sway bar cushion and bushing, and problem still exists. Brakes were making noise from the rear due to shoe and lining, brake assembly failure. Rear right or left brake drum worn out. There is a driping noise from engine due to tensioner/pulley failure.
