: the contact stated after the vehicle was parked, an odor of gasoline was noticed and a puddle was seen under the fuel tank. An independent mechanic inspected the fuel tank, confirmed the leak and informed the contact of recall# 69V002000. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer where the gas tank was replaced. The contact noticed another leak from the fuel tank and returned the vehicle to the service dealer, who refused to fix or replace the tank as the warranty had expired. The manufacturer was notified.
