Anyone iwht an ounce of knowledge about HV batteries would tell you that loosing 30% of capacity over night after only 3.5 years in service is not normal. This visit was the second for the same issue. I did not trust what I was being told at dealership I normally use. The mechanic agreed this loss of capacity was not normal. In both visits, they found faults codes related to the system and just cleared them.
