Renault had my car for eight weeks between Renault Basildon and Renault Southend they ordered a new ecu unit it was the wrong one as they do not make any parts for my car any more surely they should have known this and not supplied it .still they went ahead and charged me £360.00 , when I demanded my money back I was told that Renault do not do refunds they only replace the part but as I have said they do not have the part (ecu unit) so I don't know how I stand no refund and no new part, to say the least I am really pissed off with Renault and will never have another one as long as I live and would advise any one else to think more than twice before buying a Renault vehicle - any model . I picked up my car yesterday ( 20th July ) with the problem not resolved and last knight I found that with all Renault's messing with my car they have caused me another problem I have no head lights only side lights / to sum it up Renault are rubbish and any of there agents do not seem to know what they are doing your better off letting a monkey do the work
