Just a constant vibration from the motor that you feel at steering wheel. It could be the motor mounts are bad, but I believe I replaced them before. It could be several things but I have never been told it was characteristic of the vehicle. I'm going to get a dealer tuneup and new motor mounts replaced again. That may solve the problem.
