I've changed the brake pads and rear rotors...but for some reason my car doesn't brake like it should..and yes the pads were installed correctly..i'm just wondering if this is a 03 saturn L300 problem?...if i'm driving 60mph speed limit, 600 ft away from the light and the light turns yellow and i start braking, my car will not stop at the light..and i will crash. other times i have to step on it to make the RED!
